It was cold; it was chilly and this did nothing to please the young fairy woman. Yes, she considered herself a fairy among any of her other bloodtypes; it was what she was mostly, and fairies were such beautiful creatures. Sometimes she wished she was never a human in the first place. Her body shuddered as a cold swipe of wind rushed past her.
It was slowly getting close to winter; the month Aria hated the most. She pulled her black cloak closer around her thin, petite fairy body. Her lips were starting to get blue. She always seemed to be colder than everyone else. She blamed the human part of her bloodline, before rolling her eyes. Eyeing a small wizard's coffee shop she snuck inside and allowed her body to slowly warm itself. Her teeth slowly stopped chattering. She was so cold. She made her way over to a small seat and ordered a black coffee, which she loaded with sugar and magical cream. This cream was sweet and kept the coffee from burning her tongue.
She moaned as she felt the heat travel through her veins. She smiled at the waitress and paid her, before sitting up after finishing her warm drink. With a groan, she began to make her way out of the small shop. Her eyes were downcast as she remembered the cold air she would be walking in. Instictively, she brought her cloak again closer around her body before opening the door. Sometimes she hated weekends.
As soon as she stepped back in the cold day, she mentally cursed herself for doing it. It was still morning; the sun was up, but it wasn't in it's brightest state. The ground was still decent; no snow covering the streets. She did not look forward to the first snow of the yeat. She never had. She shook her head before gazing ahead in the distance. It was cold. She couldn't state this enough times. She was wondering why on earth she even decided to take this weekend off. It wasn't worth it. Then again....soon she would have to see the Dark Lord; her body shuddered at the thought before shaking her head and regaining her focus.
The last thing she wanted to do on her freetime was think about him. She rolled her eyes. Sometimes it's all she wanted, or at least, it was what she believed in. Other times, she couldn't believe what she was doing. Of all things she was following the Dark Lord's footsteps; her families footsteps. It was not something she enjoyed. At all. But then again....she loved her family dearly, how could she ever betray them? She shook her head and made her way over to a small bench and sat herelf down. She didn't want to think; she just wanted to relax.
